  • Personalized 1-on-1 Coaching

    Often when a leader moves on to a new role or new culture, there is a mix of excitement and anticipation, but also several lingering questions.

    In this highly personalized engagement spread over a period of 8 to 12 weeks, I work with the client to focus on their aspirations and goals and getting real clarity on what they need to focus on. By unlocking their perspectives I support them to define their goals, strategies and actions.

  • Group Coaching

    When organizations go through transformation, your teams can have amazingly rich and rewarding experiences. But these are also the times when teams struggle to adapt, align their individual aspirations with the team’s shared goals.

    These group coaching sessions are aimed at teams experiencing transition. Spread over 16 weeks I work with the team to reflect, learn and define their strategies to achieve team goals while realizing individual aspirations. These programs are great at enhancing collaboration across team, while letting team members achieve real connection with their team mates

  • Training + Coaching

    During transition it is more important that ever to upskill your teams with specialized skills. While functional skills are necessary, they are not sufficient to get the most out of your teams.

    In this program I deliver trainings (specifically in the areas of Building trusted relationships and Building Effective client engagement). But most trainings fail to deliver impact as there is little guidance or support after the training. Hence, these training programs are followed by personal coaching sessions to help your leaders not just learn new skills but implement their learnings and continue to learn from their experience.

    It is often said that we learn from experience, but in reality, we learn only when we reflect on the experience and my job is to help you reflect on your experience, and help you define your way forward
